Global Benefits Manager – MyBenefits

Overview

In this role you will lead the Global Benefits program (MyBenefits) at BCG, ensuring reliable platform operations across 48 countries. You will act as the primary interface with Benifex and collaborate with Product, HR, Payroll, and local teams to drive renewals and platform enhancements. You’ll own end-to-end design and delivery of Benefits Renewals, including the UK project, coordinating timelines, data accuracy, and go-live readiness. This role combines global scope with hands-on platform management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day MyBenefits platform operations across markets with Benifex and Product teams
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Benefits Renewals across markets; manage scope, timelines, change requests, builds, data accuracy
• Oversee the annual UK Benefits Renewal project from July kickoff to January payroll delivery
• Govern intake and prioritization of platform change requests; escalate risks to senior leaders
• Coordinate platform enhancements, integrations, and upgrades with Benifex, Product, HR, Workday and local teams
• Monitor platform performance and service levels; leverage data and feedback for improvements and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Collaborate with local HR/Benefits to translate requirements into platform/process improvements
• Support benefits administration and payroll processes; resolve data/provider-reporting discrepancies

Key requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in global benefits operations or global HR COE
• Strong benefits knowledge across operations and markets
• Hands-on experience administering HR technology platforms and managing changes
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional project leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to identify risks and implement practical solutions
• Experience working with global teams and managing relationships with external providers and internal partners
• Desirable: experience with Workday, payroll, data processes, or system integrations
