Overview
As Compliance Program Manager you drive the end-to-end governance of FARFETCH’s ethics and compliance framework across a multi-jurisdictional marketplace. You partner with Legal and business teams to embed robust policies, training, and controls that support compliant, ethical operations. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, track program effectiveness, and provide actionable guidance to the business. This role offers impact at scale within a dynamic, hybrid London environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead global policy reviews, updates, and rollout to align with changing regulations
- Manage central compliance communications and trackers; provide operational guidance on requests
- Oversee onboarding and mandatory training; manage the Training & Awareness calendar
- Govern ethics policies, conflicts of interest, and gift/entertainment programs; refresh as needed
- Develop and enforce a robust regulatory/compliance framework for regional safety, labeling, and certification standards
- Collaborate with business and legal teams to define restricted-item policies and automated gating for high-risk products
- Support broader compliance initiatives and close process gaps with relevant stakeholders
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- robust experience managing corporate ethics and compliance programs
