Senior Town Planner

Overview

In this Senior Town Planner role, you contribute to delivering major infrastructure and development projects across the UK. You will join a growing Town Planning team and work on energy transition, rail, water, and local developments through a hybrid, flexible setup. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary delivery, advise on planning consents, and manage applications with stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and deliver major development applications across diverse project types
• Support project management and uphold quality, health and safety standards
• Provide planning advice on consent requirements and permitted development rights
• Conduct planning research and prepare feasibility and consent strategies
• Draft Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements; lead and manage planning applications
• Engage with local planning authorities and stakeholders; participate in meetings
• Support tender preparation, planning research, and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with Environmental Impact Assessment team on projects

Key requirements
