BIM COORDINATOR – Contract

Overview

In this contract-based role in London, you will coordinate BIM models across civil, structural and M&E disciplines to support project delivery. You will ensure ISO 19650 compliance, resolve clashes, and provide hands-on BIM input to project teams. This is a full-time, office-based position requiring immediate start and long-term commitment. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to maintain model quality and drive efficient workflows. Your expertise will help shape coordinated, compliant BIM processes on the project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across civil, structural, and M&E disciplines
• Ensure ISO 19650 compliance for BIM processes
• Resolve clashes and coordinate model data
• Provide hands-on technical BIM input to project teams

Key requirements

• Strong experience with Revit
• Strong experience with Navisworks
• Strong experience with BIM 360 (or similar)
• Background in civil, structural, or M&E engineering
