In this role you will advise on the real estate aspects of major energy and infrastructure projects, supporting the UK’s transition to net zero. You will collaborate with developers, landowners, investors and public bodies, leading due diligence and drafting key project documents. The role combines high‑profile matters with mentoring and client relationship work within a top international firm renowned for its energy work. You will shape solutions across renewables, storage, hydrogen, heat networks and more.

Responsibilities
- Advise on real estate aspects of major energy and infrastructure projects
- Draft and negotiate options, leases, development agreements and project documents
- Lead title, access and land due diligence to unlock deliverable solutions
- Support DCO and CPO processes for nationally significant infrastructure
- Collaborate with developers, landowners, investors, funders and public bodies
- Work with planning, construction, corporate, regulatory and finance teams
- Mentor junior lawyers and manage client relationships
Key requirements
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- strong commercial real estate experience
- experience in energy, renewables, infrastructure or major development work
