In this role you advise law firms on how AI can add strategic value to billing and revenue workflows. You will lead the deployment of Celeste AI agents and playbooks, aligning them with firm guidelines and client terms. You map work-to-cash processes for automation while preserving essential human oversight. You drive adoption through practical, practitioner-aligned training and ensure product strategy reflects real billing practices. Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders on where AI adds strategic value to billing and revenue workflows and prioritize high-impact areas
• Lead deployment of Celeste AI agents and playbooks, configuring them to match the firm’s billing and revenue standards
• Translate work-to-cash processes into AI-ready steps, identifying where automation improves accuracy and where human oversight remains essential
• Drive adoption through credible, practitioner-focused training and walkthroughs across billing and finance teams
• Collaborate with product and industry teams to ensure Celeste reflects real billing and revenue work

Key requirements

• Foundation in law firm billing or revenue operations with exposure to the work-to-cash cycle
• Hands-on experience applying AI to billing, revenue, or commercial workflows (e.g., prebill review, narrative drafting, exception handling, process design)
• Practical fluency in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and agentic tooling without coding, plus ability to assess outputs for accuracy
• Strong communication skills to advise senior stakeholders and build trust with skeptical audiences
• Track record turning expertise into shareable resources, processes, or trainings
• Judgment to navigate ambiguous, client-facing situations and a drive to learn a fast-moving product/market
