Overview

Working with cross-functional teams, you will assess risks, oversee audits, and report performance to senior leadership. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
  • Lead organization-wide ISO 9001/14001/45001 implementation
  • Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify improvements
  • Monitor effectiveness of QHSE management systems and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective/preventive actions
  • Provide QHSE training and support to staff to promote safety and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QHSE into operations
  • Oversee quality assurance for management systems and products
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Prepare and present QHSE performance reports to senior management

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing QHSE management systems
  • Experience or understanding of process safety management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Certifications in QHSE management or related areas (preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector (preferred)
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices (preferred)
