Program Manager, Scheduling

Overview

In this Programme Manager role, you will shape and implement cross‑functional initiatives that support Amazon’s operations. You will collaborate with multiple departments, identify scalable solutions, and use data to guide improvements. The position offers the chance to influence delivery performance and long‑term business outcomes within the ATS group. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and define standards to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities

• Launch programmes and monitor key objectives while reporting on progress
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with various Amazon departments to share best practices
• Lead a multidisciplinary team within a programme environment to overcome challenges
• Manage stakeholders and internal processes and define standards
• Plan, implement and improve initiatives ensuring smooth operations

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Advanced level Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders
• Experience leading large-scale programs/projects
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
