Overview
As Operations Lead, you will steer the Planning & Campaign Management function within Acast’s international commercial team. You’ll ensure seamless handoffs from sale to execution for multi-market campaigns, while building scalable processes that boost efficiency and growth. You’ll oversee the largest, most strategic campaigns and partner with cross-functional teams to roll out new ad products and tools. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Planning & Campaign Management team to drive a high-performing culture
- Oversee planning and delivery of the International team’s largest, most complex campaigns
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and design scalable, documented best practices for campaign planning, execution, and reporting
- Maintain post-campaign processes with high-quality PCA and QBR deliverables for key accounts
- Collaborate with Creator Networks, Sales Leadership, Creative, and Regional MDs to optimize delivery and hit commercial goals
- Partner with Global Product and Operations teams to implement new technology, ad products, and tools across International markets
Key requirements
- 5+ years in operations, campaign management, or ad ops within media, advertising, or audio/podcasting
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Track record of designing and embedding scalable operational workflows across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in PCA and QBR reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with Sales, Creative, Product, and Leadership
- Commercially minded with ability to balance operational rigor and business growth
- Experience in international or multi-market environments (ROW/International a plus)
