In this Senior Residential Property role, you will lead a busy conveyancing caseload from start to finish within a growing award-winning Sussex firm. You’ll work autonomously while contributing to the wider success of the department and firm. There is scope to develop business, shape team processes, and mentor junior colleagues. You will bring 8+ years of PQE, strong technical ability, and a commercial, solutions-led mindset to drive high-quality outcomes.

Key requirements

• 8+ years’ PQE in residential property
