Overview
In this Data Governance role, you will shape data quality and standards for the Capital Markets domain within JLLT. You will collaborate with data owners, governance SMEs, and business teams to define future-state capabilities and develop a strategic roadmap. You will analyze data, propose quality rules, and document standards to drive trust and value across the organization. This position offers impact through strengthening data governance and enabling data-driven decision making in a global real estate context.

Responsibilities
- Document current and future state of data governance activities and help shape the strategic roadmap
- Guide data ownership teams to implement governance across service lines
- Propose data quality rules, profile data, identify gaps, and suggest improvements
- Review and classify data standards; document attributes and landscape
- Coordinate with Capital Markets product and engineering teams to establish governance bodies
- Create business requirements for data governance enhancements
- Promote data sharing culture and awareness; provide training on data quality, standards, and stewardship
- Document business processes and SOPs for data lifecycle governance and stewardship activities
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years in data-related fields (EDG, BI, Data Quality, or Data Management)
- Knowledge of data governance principles and industry best practices
- Ability to understand data concepts (quality, usage) and their business impact
- Strong project management and coordination skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Property Management domain is a plus
- Experience dealing with internal/external customers and service providers; resilient and conflict-resolving
