Corporate Lawyer – 4+ PQE – Bristol

Overview

In this Bristol-based role you will support a national corporate practice on high-value M&A and private equity work. You’ll join a smaller sub-team, collaborating with colleagues across a large platform to deliver complex transactions. The role combines client-facing advisory with business development and sector-focused work in energy, insurance and real estate. Responsibilities

• Handle mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions
• Advise corporates, business owners, management teams and investors
• Work on investments, disposals and strategic corporate projects
• Collaborate with colleagues across a national corporate practice
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth
• Support sector-focused work across energy, insurance and real estate

Key requirements

• 4+ years’ PQE as a UK qualified Solicitor
• Strong experience in high-quality corporate work
• Ideally familiarity with private equity transactions
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to deliver complex advice clearly and pragmatically
• Collaborative mindset and strong team ethos
