Senior Site Manager – North West London – Residential

Overview

In this role you will lead on a flagship residential project in North West London, overseeing luxury apartments and townhouses from inception through completion. You’ll coordinate a site team and work closely with a Project Manager or Director to drive delivery, quality, and safety. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position at a respected residential developer with a focus on high-end schemes. You will shape on-site execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Pay / Benefits

• Salary up to 68,000 plus package

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction on a flagship residential development from inception to completion
• Lead and manage on-site team including Assistant/Site Managers
• Coordinate with Project Manager/Director to align on program, quality, and safety
• Ensure site safety, compliance, and progress against milestones
• Liaise with trades and manage site logistics to maintain momentum

Key requirements

• Experience with residential developers on traditional build schemes (town houses and apartments) from inception to completion
• SMSTS
• First aid (required or desirable as per ad)
• CIOB membership desirable
• CSCS Black Card desirable
