Overview

In this role you will join a respected Corporate & Commercial team in East Sussex to handle complex transactional work, including M&A, restructuring, and finance, supporting charities and social enterprises. Responsibilities

• handle mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and refinancing
• manage banking and finance transactions
• advise on EMIS share schemes and employee ownership trusts
• draft and negotiate shareholder agreements and governance documents
• support transactional work for charities and social enterprises
• collaborate with the Head of Department to lead and develop the team
• mentor junior colleagues and communicate effectively with clients

Key requirements

• approximately 4+ years PQE in corporate and banking transactions
• solid background in corporate and banking matters
• strong team player with mentoring capability
