Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload: freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle shared ownership and new-build transactions
• Oversee remortgages and full spectrum residential property matters
• Maintain file quality and work within a fixed-fee structure
• Collaborate with a team to support clients and develop relationships
• Provide excellent client-facing service and clear communication

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong technical grounding in conveyancing and property law
• Excellent client-facing skills and communication
• Organised and efficient, able to manage a busy caseload under pressure
