Overview
As an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect, you will lead architecture for large Oracle Cloud transformations in ERP and/or HCM. You’ll partner with client leaders and delivery teams to shape design decisions and drive deployment, building trusted, future-focused services. You influence programmes from design through implementation while developing teams and strengthening client relationships. This role combines strategic architecture with hands-on delivery to create coherent, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM programmes.
- Translate business needs into architecture, processes and integration decisions.
- Guide design governance, balance Oracle best practices with client priorities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and communicate decisions clearly.
- Coordinate distributed delivery teams and mentor colleagues.
- Contribute to proposals, client conversations and growth of EY’s Oracle Cloud services.
Key requirements
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture and guiding complex implementations from design through deployment.
- Ability to connect business processes, data, security, reporting and integrations into a coherent solution.
- Expertise may focus on finance/procurement or HR/payroll or both.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences; ability to build trusted relationships and make balanced delivery decisions.
