Overview
Join JPMorgan Chase International Consumer Bank as a Senior Product Designer and help build the bank of the future from scratch. You will work in a cross-functional squad within the Design & Customer Experience team, shaping end-to-end digital experiences for international customers across iOS and Android. You’ll translate complex business needs into clear user journeys, run discovery and design sessions, and advocate for customer-centric solutions informed by data. This role offers high impact across a global scale, joining a start-up mindset within a trusted financial services leader.
Responsibilities
- Drive product design excellence within a dedicated product squad, balancing craft with business impact
- Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive experiences and journeys
- Collaborate with researchers, designers, technologists, and business experts to create customer-focused products
- Align design and business goals with CX, Product leadership, and Marketing leaders
- Lead and support discovery, design, and delivery research through workshops and design sprints
- Advocate for customer-centric design using insights and data
- Create high-quality deliverables: concepts, prototypes, user journeys, wireframes, UI flows, and detailed UI designs
- Partner with the design system team to reflect customer and business needs
- Clearly articulate design decisions and business value
- Engage stakeholders and designers, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for design innovation
Key requirements
- Proven hands-on product design experience with strong craft and problem-solving
- Strong portfolio of user-centered solutions solving business and customer challenges
- Ability to synthesize complex and competing needs
- Effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Understanding of current and emerging technologies for digital experiences
- Experience designing across digital touchpoints including native iOS and Android
- Proficiency in usability testing, iterative design, and early UX research methods
- Knowledge of modern design systems, prototyping software, and tools (e.g. Figma)
