Indirect Tax Manager

Overview

In this Manager role, you will lead high-quality indirect tax advisory work within our North Indirect Tax team, guiding junior colleagues and coordinating with client service teams. You’ll help maintain strong client relationships and act as day-to-day contact for allocated clients. You’ll contribute to identifying and delivering indirect tax opportunities and support the team’s growth plans. This is an opportunity to shape delivery quality, mentor talent, and accelerate the expansion of a leading UK practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality indirect tax advisory services on a broad range of issues
• Work within and support client service teams
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships
• Be the day-to-day contact for allocated clients
• Assist with innovation and delivery of indirect tax opportunities
• Delegate work to and develop tax assistants
• Collaborate with Senior Managers and Directors for support and growth of potential

Key requirements

• Strong VAT experience (technical and advisory)
