Overview
In this role you will support the day-to-day operation of the practice, helping to maintain smooth workflows between clinical and administrative teams. You will assist with appointment planning, contractual activities and governance-aligned processes. You will respond to patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery, contributing to a busy primary care environment. This is a chance to develop operations skills within a collaborative, patient-focused practice and make a tangible impact on patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operation and ensure smooth workflow across clinical and administrative teams
- Coordinate contractual activities and requirements
- Assist with appointment system planning in collaboration with management
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and frontline support
- Address patient feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to projects aimed at efficiency, patient experience and service delivery
- Work with Practice Governance Lead to ensure governance-aligned operational processes
- Provide general operational support to the management team
