In this role you will lead a regional field sales team to deliver profitable commercial contracts, drive premium brand distribution, and execute activations that strengthen our market position. Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales team with multiple direct reports; coach and develop talent
  • Achieve budgeted gross profit targets for the region
  • Drive brand distribution, menu feature objectives and outlet execution (Picture of Success)
  • Grow premium spirits brands across regions and measure via CGA data in Independent Free Trade
  • Coordinate marketing activities with teams and customers to ensure activation
  • Execute Bacardi Sales Way targets (distribution, visibility) with customers and KPIs
  • Create and maintain Joint Business Plans with key customers and deliver volume/value targets
  • Ensure timely NPD targets and quality execution
  • Share best practices across channels and customers
  • Lead team meetings and manage live people plan including talent management and succession planning
  • Recruit diverse workforce and embed Belongings in all activities

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in sales team leadership, national account management and/or marketing in a commercial environment
  • Track record of customer development and cross-functional collaboration
  • Key account management experience as a minimum
