Project Delivery Engineer – MEP

Overview

In this role you work at the intersection of engineering, technology and client delivery to shape the AI design platform for MEP systems. You’ll translate client requirements into practical deliverables, review designs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs. You will drive adoption of AI and digital tools to improve delivery and efficiency, contributing to smarter, more sustainable infrastructure. This role blends hands-on engineering with product and customer-facing impact within a global team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical reviews of MEP designs and calculations and translate client requirements into deliverables
• Coordinate priorities and manage stakeholder relationships to enable timely project delivery
• Test features, provide engineering feedback to developers, and ensure quality of outputs before client issuance
• Champion AI adoption and digital tooling to improve delivery efficiency and quality across projects

Key requirements

• HNC, HND, or degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Broad understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health systems (MEP)
• Attention to detail in reviewing deliverables, QA, and defect identification
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to lead meetings and capture requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders
• Experience with 3D BIM and digital tools, including AI/LLMs
• Collaborative, proactive team player with adaptability to changing priorities
