Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee your own client portfolio
- Cultivate long-lasting client relationships and act as the go-to advisor
- Lead and coach the accounts team to deliver excellent service
- Collaborate with directors and other departments to ensure cohesive delivery
- Enhance client experience by deeply understanding their business
- Support growth by client retention and new business development
Key requirements
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Practice experience as a Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager
- Experience with owner-managed businesses and a varied client base
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CCH desirable
