Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of OpenTable’s most strategic restaurant groups across EMEA, acting as a senior advisor to optimize value from our solutions. You’ll drive retention, product utilisation, and commercial growth through data‑driven insights and executive-facing guidance. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver strategic outcomes, influencing guest trends and revenue optimisation. This is a cross-functional, high-impact role with international scope and travel.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise partners
  • Serve as primary strategic advisor post‑sale to drive retention, usage, and growth
  • Deliver consultative reviews grounded in data and industry expertise
  • Influence partner strategy on guest trends and revenue optimization
  • Navigate diverse stakeholder groups and build consensus among executives
  • Identify commercial risks and growth opportunities within the portfolio
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver strategic solutions
  • Meet retention and revenue targets in a high‑performance environment

Key requirements

  • Extensive enterprise or strategic account management experience with complex, high‑value B2B accounts
  • Direct restaurant, hospitality, or hospitality technology industry experience
  • Proven success managing executive relationships in multi-site or enterprise settings
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality business challenges
  • Strong consultative and commercial skillset to influence decisions
  • Analytical, data-driven with ability to demonstrate ROI
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM (preferred)
