Overview

As Senior Product Manager for CRE, you will shape the Credit Risk Expert area within our Order-to-Cash platform. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with enterprise customer needs and company goals. You will drive discovery, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into a clear roadmap and high-quality releases. This is a chance to influence how large enterprises manage credit risk and receivables with AI-enabled capabilities. You’ll work with global teams to differentiate Sidetrade in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the CRE roadmap aligned with O2C strategy and company objectives
  • Conduct enterprise discovery with credit managers, CFOs, and finance ops to identify pain points and shape requirements
  • Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with Engineering and Design for timely releases
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing value, complexity, and impact
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and product leaders to ensure solid foundations and data-backed decisions
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on feature packaging and launch readiness for global customers
  • Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes to AVP Product and senior leadership
  • Monitor competitive landscape in credit risk and O2C; feed insights into strategy and differentiation
  • Explore AI-powered capabilities with VP AI Products to enhance CRE experience

Key requirements

  • Minimum 5 years as Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment with end-to-end product ownership
  • Strong discovery skills and ability to translate insights into decisions and outcomes
  • Proven backlog management, trade-off decisions, and roadmap focus under pressure
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum with sprint planning and iterative delivery
  • Ability to influence Engineering, Data Science, Design, and commercial teams without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills; defines success metrics and iterates based on data and feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with building for large enterprise customers, including integrations, procurement cycles, and security requirements
