Residential Conveyancer – Milton Keynes

Overview

In this role you will manage a broad residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion within a friendly, supportive firm. You will handle freehold and leasehold transactions, equity release, lifetime mortgages, remortgaging and buy-to-let cases, contributing to a busy team. The position offers a collaborative environment aligned with a progressive culture and a strong client‑care focus. You will work to help clients achieve smooth property transactions while supporting the firm’s growth and service commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle equity release and lifetime mortgages
• Oversee remortgaging and buy-to-let transactions
• Conduct transfers of ownership/equity
• Deliver strong client care throughout the matter lifecycle

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong client-care skills
