Responsibilities

• Support BIM and digital construction strategy delivery across multiple projects
• Facilitate collaborative model reviews using 3D modelling and digital workflows
• Provide guidance on information management and BIM best practices
• Ensure compliance with project and client digital requirements
• Promote benefits of digital construction internally and externally
• Collaborate with design, commercial, planning and construction teams to maximise project information value
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of digital standards, processes, and procedures
• Support teams to achieve high-quality information delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage digital deliverables across several projects with deadlines and client requirements

Key requirements

• Minimum HND level qualification in a relevant discipline
• Experience in BIM, Digital Construction, Design Management, or Construction Management
• Clear understanding of BIM and its benefits in construction
• Experience applying 3D tools for collaborative model reviews
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to learn and deploy new technologies quickly
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality
• Strong interpersonal skills to support teams through information modelling and raise awareness of digital opportunities
