Overview
In this role you will act as the senior technical authority for residential conveyancing, shaping standards and quality across the practice. You will lead and develop a team of qualified and trainee lawyers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. You will drive business development and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive culture. Responsibilities
- Act as the firm’s senior technical authority for residential conveyancing
- Set and maintain technical, compliance, and quality standards
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of qualified and trainee lawyers
- Drive improvements in quality assurance, peer review, and knowledge sharing
- Play an active role in Business Development
Key requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in complex residential conveyancing
- Strong technical expertise across sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, lease extensions, SDLT and unregistered titles
- Equity release experience beneficial
- Confident mentoring and developing others
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- UK qualified Solicitor
