In this Senior Corporate Solicitor/Partner role, you will help lead and expand a high-calibre corporate practice in a London-based, long-established firm. You’ll develop client relationships, drive new business, and shape the department’s growth alongside experienced Legal 500-ranked lawyers. The role offers leadership track, engagement with multi-million-pound M&A, and a hybrid, tech-enabled environment. Responsibilities

• develop client relationships and drive new business
• help build out the corporate department over time
• work closely with senior lawyers and heads of department
• handle high-value M&A and growth-stage client work
• mentor and develop junior lawyers
• operate in a modern, hybrid, tech-enabled setup
• collaborate with cross-referral teams across litigation, private client and property
• contribute to strategic planning and leadership
• manage international client engagement

Key requirements

• Senior Corporate Solicitor or Partner with strong private company M&A experience
• experience advising entrepreneurs, SMEs, and international clients
• comfortable with 5m-10m+ transactions
• strong business development and network-building ability
• experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ambition
• ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
