Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes meeting client expectations
- Manage design scope to stay within budget and schedule
- Identify and secure appropriate resources for projects
- Lead QA and ensure standards and client requirements are met
- Promote standardisation and low-carbon design in project delivery
- Mentor junior staff and support professional growth
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment
- Engage with stakeholders (clients, team members, external partners)
- Embed health and safety best practices and ensure compliance
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Be professionally qualified with ICE, CIWEM or actively pursuing accreditation
- Significant experience in water or wastewater industry
