Overview

As a Technical Manager, you will oversee technical delivery for residential/regeneration projects and lead a project team. You’ll provide technical guidance, ensure compliance with building regulations and NHBC, and coordinate across office and site visits in Hertfordshire, Aylesbury, and London. The role combines design and construction knowledge with safety leadership to deliver quality developments. Responsibilities

• manage and provide technical guidance to residential developments / regeneration schemes
• lead and manage a project team
• support site visits and coordination between office and sites
• ensure compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC regulations
• apply Health & Safety / CDM Regulations and planning legislation
• utilise design and engineering construction knowledge in project delivery

Key requirements

• experience on residential/regeneration schemes for Main Contractors or Developers
• ideally CIAT qualified
• degree-related qualification or equivalent (Degree / HNC / ONC)
• proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, PowerPoint
• strong knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC legislation
• good understanding of Planning legislation and CDM Regulations
• Health & Safety / CDM discipline focus
