Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of corporate matters for a broad client base
- Advise on transactions including acquisitions, disposals and wider corporate matters
- Draft, review and negotiate corporate documentation
- Build strong client relationships and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice
- Support the continued growth and development of the wider corporate team
Key requirements
- A solicitor or equivalent with ~5+ years PQE in corporate law
- Experienced in handling corporate transactions with a good level of autonomy
- Commercially minded with clear, practical client advice
- Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
