Overview

As Senior Tax Analyst in Honeywell’s Global Tax Group, you support regional tax compliance, reporting and planning to help safeguard shareholder value. You’ll contribute to tax filings, data gathering, and strategic positions within a global organization. This role blends compliance work with proactive tax planning in a hybrid Bracknell setting, offering development and exposure to cross-border tax matters. You will work with diverse stakeholders to stay ahead of regulatory changes and corporate tax initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tax return preparation with third-party service providers
  • Review tax filings for accurate reporting
  • Prepare working papers and data compilations
  • Research and evaluate alternative tax positions
  • Assist in responding to tax authorities during audits
  • Support global tax provision reviews and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with business units to identify tax planning opportunities
  • Assist with UK group and legal entity rationalization assessments
  • Coordinate HMRC activities (SAO, CIR, BRR, CbCR) and stay updated on legal developments
  • Monitor industry positions relevant to Honeywell’s operations

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience in tax positions related to corporate tax
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax rules and regulations
  • Bachelor in Business, Finance, Accountancy or related discipline
  • CTA, ACCA or ACA qualification preferred with substantial tax experience
  • Big Four or large accounting firm experience advantageous
  • Understanding of US GAAP advantageous
