Overview

In this role you drive Navan’s product storytelling and market success, shaping messaging and GTM for travel-focused capabilities. You bridge product, sales, and marketing to ensure clear value propositions and differentiated positioning. You’ll lead market insights, create compelling content, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to fuel adoption, engagement, and growth. This position offers a chance to influence product strategy and marketing at scale in the travel and AI space.

Responsibilities

  • Define target audiences and craft messaging that differentiates Navan’s capabilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products to drive adoption
  • Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors, and trends to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with Enablement and Field teams to build sales tools and resources
  • Create marketing materials (collateral, case studies, white papers, blogs) and ensure consistency
  • Design and execute campaigns with the broader marketing team to boost awareness, leads, and retention
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize product marketing initiatives with data-driven insights
  • Coordinate with product management, sales, and customer success to align on strategy and execution

Key requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in AI, travel, SaaS, or tech, with B2B product launches and growth
  • Proven ability to apply AI to marketing workflows (research, messaging, content, launch, optimization)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across time zones
  • Strategic and analytical with ability to translate complex features into benefits and messaging
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with storytelling and strong writing skills
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
