Senior Project Manager

Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead diverse projects from inception to completion within a busy London team. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors and internal specialists to manage scope, timelines and procurement, driving successful delivery. This role sits at the heart of a multidisciplinary practice, shaping residential and other sector projects while fostering collaboration across disciplines. You’ll contribute to a growing pipeline and progression opportunities in a central London setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through to completion
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations
• Oversee programme and project management activities
• Coordinate procurement and tendering processes
• Direct consultants and contractors
• Report to clients and senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with other disciplines across the consultancy

Key requirements

• 4+ years’ consultancy experience
• Consultancy side experience
• Experience delivering residential projects, ideally high end residential
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience managing projects and programmes
• Commercially aware and organised
• Relevant professional qualifications or commitment towards chartership
