Strategy & Operations Manager, Citymapper

Overview

In this role you will lead a Data Analytics team to ensure data quality and reliability across Citymapper’s web and mobile products. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and operations to align priorities and drive high-impact improvements. You will shape data tooling and workflows to scale with the business and translate complex datasets into decisions that benefit millions of users. This is a hands-on, leadership-forward position at the intersection of product, engineering and growth. You will have a visible impact on how the product helps people navigate cities more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and grow a high-performing Data Analytics team
• Own regional data strategy and quality across web and mobile products
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to align priorities and deliver improvements
• Shape tools, workflows and automation; work with engineers to scale systems
• Turn complex datasets into actionable insights to guide decisions and improve the product

Key requirements

• 4+ years in an operational, technical, product, or cross-functional role
• experience managing and developing a team
• strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration能力
