Overview

In this role you lead and enable delivery of complex insurance transformation programmes, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. You’ll bridge business and technology within Deloitte’s Technology Programme Delivery, contributing to large-scale digital and cloud-enabled initiatives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects ensuring timely, budgetary, scope, and quality targets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource needs
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimise impact
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders including senior leadership
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making
• Ensure deliverables meet defined standards and manage change control
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and promote collaboration
• Manage backlogs and ensure timely delivery of features/releases within an insurance context

Key requirements

• Strong project delivery experience in the insurance sector with B.A./Scrum Master/PM capabilities
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master preferred with hands-on Agile facilitation
• Backlog management and on-time feature/release delivery in insurance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bias for action, problem-solving mindset, ability to resolve impediments independently
• Experience in designing, mobilising, and leading delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Planning, dependency, risk, benefits governance and reporting experience
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
