Senior Land Manager London 65,000 – 78,000 + bonus + package

Overview

In this role you will join a busy acquisitions team to secure land in London (zones 2–6) for residential-led, mixed-use projects. You will act as a deal-maker, leveraging contacts to source sites and drive them through planning with internal design and planning teams. The role blends senior land management with development-mentoring aspects as sites progress to production. You’ll work for a well-funded developer delivering high-volume units, with a strong incentive package.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire land in London zones 2–6 (unconditional, STP and option acquisitions)
• Negotiate and close deals leveraging a broad contact base
• Coordinate with planning and design teams to move sites through planning to production
• Support development management activities where appropriate
• Maintain strong market and competitor awareness to secure competitive advantages
• Manage due diligence and financial appraisal activities to validate deals

Key requirements

• Significant experience in land acquisition/ deal-making in London
• Strong network of contacts within the target zones
• Proven ability to progress sites through planning and into production
• Experience with unconditional, STP and option acquisitions
• Commercially aware with a track record of closing deals
