Sr. Consultant-Securities Lending

Overview

Based in London, you will contribute as a technical SME and project leader within International Securities Lending Operations. You’ll coordinate with teams across Chicago, Manila and Bangalore to manage regulatory changes, IT developments, and onboarding of new products, while supporting audit activities and offshore oversight. You’ll drive business continuity, outsourcing certification, and alignment with CSDR and industry initiatives. This role offers meaningful impact through shaping operations in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Review market settlement communication changes and assess IT impact
• Lead Transfer of Work and Business Continuity management for global Trade Support and Collateral teams, including resiliency tests
• Provide lending SME support to operational projects (system dockets or new product development)
• Own Outsourcing certification process for Trade Support and Collateral, complete Coupa documentation
• Cover the Trade Support and Collateral Manager in London
• Oversee offshore teams, track KRIs and KPIs, ensure compliance
• Act as responsible party for Audit and CASS activities affecting the teams
• Engage with industry bodies (ISLA) on initiatives
• Maintain flexible working patterns to meet business needs
