Lead Analyst – Business Operations – Wise Business

Overview

In this role, you will derive actionable insights to guide Wise Business strategy and product decisions. You will work with the Business Operations team to align analytics with product evolution, enabling fast, data-driven decisions. You’ll build dashboards and automated pipelines to reduce repetitive work and empower self-serve analytics. You help cross-functional teams identify friction impacts on customer retention and size improvement opportunities, delivering meaningful impact at scale.

Pay / Benefits

• Salary 75,000 – 115,000

Responsibilities

• Derive actionable insights to steer team strategy and product decisions.
• Set clear goals, define KPIs, and narrate progress for the team.
• Deliver accurate, fast analysis to support rapid iteration.
• Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to enable self-serve analytics.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and advocate for better alternatives.
• Own complex cross-team projects to understand and size friction effects on customer retention for prioritization.

Key requirements

• 5+ years in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills
• Expertise in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau) for self-service analytics
• Independent, fast-paced execution with impact-driven prioritization (80/20)
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong dashboard/visualization storytelling
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative influence; bias to action
