Finance Systems Analyst

Overview

You will support and optimize our D365 F&O finance platform to drive value across a global organisation. You collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to improve processes, data quality and controls, and support changes through enhancements and testing. This role is part of a global transformation programme that shapes finance processes and governance. You will enable accurate reporting and efficient operations, contributing to a scalable, compliant finance function.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for D365 F&O Finance processes and resolve issues
• Serve as a central point of contact for Finance system queries with IT and external partners
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and system utilisation
• Support master data governance, data quality and audit compliance
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades and testing, ensuring change adoption
• Deliver user training, maintain process documentation, and support global Finance rollouts

Key requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable ERP system
• Experience of ERP implementations, testing, change management and user support
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
• Experience resolving system, process and data-related issues
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of master data governance, financial controls and process standardisation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a manufacturing or multi-entity global organisation
