In this Senior Manager role, you’ll lead multi‑capability technology delivery within Deloitte’s Technology Programme Delivery team. You’ll shape and manage large, cross‑functional programmes in the TMT sector, driving value for clients through scalable, future‑ready technology solutions. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape strategy, oversee delivery, and develop junior talent. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technology implementations within the TMT sector, coordinating multi‑skill teams across Deloitte and client environments
• Manage technical, engineering and testing streams, facilitating daily standups and tracking delivery with appropriate methods/tools
• Engage with senior stakeholders and demonstrate strong interpersonal collaboration
• Lead business development activities including pre‑sales, bid preparation and client presentations
• Support growth of the TMT/Media and Technology Programme Delivery team and mentor junior colleagues

Key requirements

• Senior Manager with experience in system integration style project delivery
• Experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary teams and delivering large‑scale technology implementations in the TMT sector (ideally Media)
• Ability to translate technical designs for delivery to end users and communicate with stakeholders
• Proven ability to coach and develop junior talent
• Strong relationship building with internal and client stakeholders to articulate challenges and the overall vision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence
• Experience leading (consulting) bids and RFI/RFP responses (preferred)
• Industry certifications or related area (preferred)
