Responsibilities

• Oversee all site staff and subcontractors
• Enforce health and safety standards across the project
• Take responsibility for the whole site operations
• Ensure method statements and procedures are correct
• Manage the site from start to finish

Key requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a site manager
• Degree or similar construction management qualification
• Main contracting experience
• Strong track record as number 1 site manager
• Experience delivering large education schemes
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS certificate
• First Aid certificate
