In this role you shape and energise PA’s Digital & Data hubs across the UK, blending community leadership, communications and brand to foster vibrant, inclusive environments. You will connect hubs with Digital & Data leadership, turning insights into action to boost collaboration, innovation and capability. Your work spans local strategy, two-way engagement, and ambassadorial representation at events, helping people thrive in a fast-paced consulting setting. Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Digital & Data hubs across the UK, promoting collaboration and a strong community.
- Act as the link between hubs and Digital & Data leadership to bring local insights into broader strategy.
- Identify and implement improvements to hub experience using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Own the communications and engagement strategy for hubs aligned to Stream priorities.
- Collaborate with Comms to deliver clear, concise messages and enable two-way feedback with hub communities.
- Shape and celebrate the hub community, driving participation, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Partner with Inclusion & Engagement and Internal Communications to ensure a consistent LifeAtPA experience.
- Support onboarding and integration of new joiners into hub communities.
- Support employer brand activity and plan external events (meetups, tech talks) to attract talent and raise visibility.
- Attend industry events as a PA representative and maintain regional brand alignment with PA’s values.
- Contribute content and insights from hubs to digital marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Early Careers Team to support apprenticeship operations locally in Manchester and build scalable processes for expansion.
- Manage multiple regional priorities and deliver engagement initiatives with tangible outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with Digital & Data, HR, Marketing, Recruitment and central Comms teams.
- Travel regularly with a hybrid work approach (office or client site at least 2 days per week).
Key requirements
- Experience in communications, engagement, community or hub management within digital, data, technology or consulting environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence across senior and cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering events and engagement initiatives, internal and external.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations.
