Overview
In this role you will advise on a broad spectrum of employment matters within a respected national team. You will support both contentious and non-contentious work for large employer clients, including corporate transactions, workplace investigations, and executive agreements. The role offers hybrid working and clear paths for progression, with a focus on high-quality client service and business development. You will collaborate across a national practice to shape employment solutions and governance for major organisations.

Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of employment matters including corporate transaction support, TUPE, outsourcing and reorganisations
- Manage Employment Tribunal litigation (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract)
- Design and advise on whistleblowing procedures and governance issues
- Handle investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters and misconduct
- Draft and negotiate employment contracts, executive service agreements, bonuses and workplace policies
- Advise multinational organisations on cross-border employment issues and global workforce projects
- Conduct settlement negotiations and draft settlement agreements
- Support the wider team with client training, business development and strategic projects
Key requirements
- 3–6 years’ PQE (Associate) or 6+ years’ PQE (Senior Associate)
- Strong technical employment law experience across contentious and non-contentious matters
- Excellent drafting skills and strong commercial judgement
- Ability to deliver high quality client service with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and proactive, collaborative approach
- Ability to manage time, billing and workload efficiently
- Confidence in supporting business development and client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and professional integrity
- Competence using Microsoft Office, case management and time recording systems
