Senior Consultant, Management Consulting

Overview

In this role you will collaborate with senior leadership to shape and deliver Digital Business Transformation for Publicis Sapient clients. You will engage across capability groups to blend strategy, experience, and technology, driving improvements in business performance and risk management. You’ll facilitate high-level client workshops, manage project scope and delivery, and report on progress. This is a hands-on consulting role with coaching to grow client management and cross-functional collaboration. You will work in a global, inclusive environment focused on ambitious outcomes and client value.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on client commitments shaping Digital Business Transformation
• Partner with capability groups to blend strategy, experience, and technology
• Shape business and strategy analysis and development
• Organise and participate in C-suite workshops and meetings
• Provide project management support including scope, risk, quality, budget and goals
• Prepare project reporting and reviews

Key requirements

• 3-7 years of management consulting experience
• Strong academic record and internship experience
• Strong qualitative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Team-based project experience
• Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change
• Good client-facing communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA strongly preferred
