Overview

In this role, you will lead BCG’s global content program for a CEO-focused marketing campaign. You’ll shape a cross-channel content strategy with the campaign team and ensure insights-driven materials reflect BCG’s perspective. You’ll supervise the development of editorials, features, and multimedia; leveraging GenAI to craft compelling data stories. Your work drives market-leading thought leadership that resonates with executives and the media, while aligning with senior stakeholders. This is a chance to shape how BCG communicates with top leaders and extend the firm’s influence through high-impact content.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the global campaign team to define and execute a cohesive cross-channel content strategy
  • Conceive and manage editorial features tied to campaign priorities and BCG insights
  • Oversee firm-wide content pipelines ensuring alignment with strategy
  • Improve content quality across formats (articles, reports, videos, infographics)
  • Leverage GenAI tools to storyboard data and research for compelling content
  • Identify new thought-leadership opportunities and drive content projects
  • Shape questionnaires, analyze data, and extract stories for flagship reports to attract earned media and commercial interest
  • Provide top editing and occasionally write to stay in-market with timely insights
  • Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders and act as adviser, influencer, and problem solver
  • Articulate a data-driven content strategy and secure alignment among senior leaders
  • Measure impact with channel strategies, collaboration, and metrics-driven improvements
  • Position content as market-leading and resonant with business leaders and the media

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in a professional editorial environment
  • Integrated marketing experience with a focus on thought leadership campaigns
  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to distill complex concepts for senior audiences
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions
  • Experience with GenAI tools for planning and development of content strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects across channels and align with strategic priorities
