Overview

In this senior role, you will own delivery across parallel platform components for a governed agentic platform in Markets Operations. You manage the single release calendar, dependencies, and risk, driving measurable progress and business impact. You define a practical metrics framework for delivery, platform health, and operational value, and present evidence to sponsors under audit scrutiny. You will engage in architecture discussions and influence decisions to ensure safe, predictable landings into live production. This is an opportunity to shape how agentic systems are measured and governed at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the single release calendar across all platform streams with explicit dependencies, milestones, and critical path
  • Maintain an end-to-end dependency map across engineering, product, design, controls, and operations, and hold commitments
  • Surface delivery risks early and provide actionable recommendations and trade-offs
  • Lead delivery cadence with planning, checkpoints, and working forums
  • Coordinate release and migration sequencing to avoid disrupting production processes
  • Define and own a metrics framework for delivery, platform quality, performance, and business impact
  • Develop evidence-based attribution, validate claims, and escalate only with solid data
  • Own sponsor and senior leadership reporting cadence and narrative, covering what shipped, value, learnings, and risks
  • Maintain the platform decision record, documenting decisions, owners, basis, and dependencies
  • Establish lightweight delivery practices and improve status reporting tooling sourced from engineering systems

Key requirements

  • Experience running parallel technical workstreams to milestones in a large, regulated environment
  • Technical fluency across software delivery, data, and AI systems with capability to review architecture and RD decisions
  • Ability to design a metrics framework from first principles for new work, distinguishing activity and outcome measures
  • Proven ability to secure commitments from cross-functional teams through credibility and accountability
  • Strong executive communication skills with ability to explain complex delivery and defend evidence
