Overview
In this role you will support schools in Bradford as a Cover Supervisor, ensuring lessons run smoothly in the teacher’s absence and students stay engaged. You will work across secondary settings, delivering pre-prepared work and upholding safeguarding and school policies. Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Supervise students and maintain a positive learning environment
- Encourage student participation and engagement
- Support students to complete tasks and activities
- Record attendance and report concerns to teaching staff
- Uphold safeguarding procedures and school expectations
