- Set a bold, customer-centric product strategy with commercial grounding for Business Banking

- Build and maintain an execution engine with clear priorities and blockers removed

- Seasoned product leader with a track record of leading high-performing product teams at a fast-growing consumer tech company
- Experience delivering engaging, large-scale experiences for millions of customers
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists to define metrics, run experiments, and drive business impact
- Strong judgment and decision-making in complex, ambiguous situations
- Proven ability to coach and develop PMs and provide constructive feedback
