Senior Quantity Surveyor – Rail (Perm / Contract)

Overview

In this role you will deliver commercial oversight for rail-focused projects within a Surrey-based regional contractor. You will manage commercial practices on Network Rail schemes, ensuring robust cost control and financial reporting. You will work with NEC contracts and support project teams across valuations, variations, and final accounts to maximize value. The position offers exposure to Rail, Power, Signalling, Telecoms and Civil Engineering with opportunities to lead on key commercial activities.

Key requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying Commercial Management
• Contractor-side experience on rail projects
